- First aid kits with broken seals or missing items

- Jellyfish protection cream (opened)
- Waterproof bags or pouches that have been used in water
- Any product that has come into contact with skin or bodily fluids

3.2 Return Shipping Instructions
When returning items at your expense:

- Properly package items to prevent damage during transit
- Include your RA number on the outside of the package
- Ship to the address provided in your return authorization
Important: We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using insured shipping for valuable items.
